Still slim

About 60% of women experience breast pain during exercise because they are not wearing the right sports bra. British researchers studied 70 women ranging from size A to F and found that encapsulation bras (which have separate molded cups) were the most effective in reducing pain by stopping motion in all directions—not just up and down.
Wear a good sports bra for a pain-free workout
It is best to go for established sports brands such as Nike, Adidas or Reebok.
While trying it out, make sure that the straps don’t bite into your shoulders.
40? Not too late to exercise
Most of us turn 40 without ever exercising. It must be too late now, we think, and go on without it. Listen up folks: it’s never too late to start exercising. You can start now and have a healthy body and heart.
Never Too Late
A study published in the journal Heart says that people who start exercising later in life can still manage to cut their risk of coronary heart disease. In the study, volunteers who became physically active after the age of 40 were around 55% less likely to be diagnosed with heart disease compared to those who had embraced inactivity all their lives. Their conclusion: regular exercise—even if started late—is the best and cheapest way to a robust heart and overall good health!
Calculate your calorie burn-up
Quick: divide your weight by two. That’s about how many calories you use for every kilometer you walk at a moderate pace, says University of Tennessee researcher David Bassett, PhD. walking at a brisk pace (over 6 kmph) results in an even bigger burn.
Banish blisters in 5 steps
Walking can be a pain if your feet are hurting. Here are great tips to soothe your feet:
* Wear cotton socks they create a third more friction in moist (sweaty) conditions. Opt for the ribbed variety with a blend of nylon.
Walk painless
* Slough safely doesn’t let your pedicurist use a razor. Removing protective calluses leaves skin vulnerable. Buff with a pumice stone instead.
* Reduce wetness Apply an anti-perspirant or some talc to your feet every morning to diminish dampness, which can exacerbate friction.
* Avoid the rub Coat blister-prone spots with a lubricant, such as petroleum jelly, to nix chaffing (and get softer soles, to boot).
* Cover up if lubricants don't help, covers up the blister with band-aid.
